Edwin Vieira, Jr., holds four degrees from Harvard: A.B. (Harvard College), A.M. and Ph.D. (Harvard Graduate School of Arts and Sciences), and J.D. (Harvard Law School).

For more than thirty years he has practiced law, with emphasis on constitutional issues. In the Supreme Court of the United States he successfully argued or briefed the cases leading to the landmark decisions Abood v. Detroit Board of Education, Chicago Teachers Union v. Hudson, and Communications Workers of America v. Beck, which established constitutional and statutory limitations on the uses to which labor unions, in both the private and the public sectors, may apply fees extracted from nonunion workers as a condition of their employment.

He has written numerous monographs and articles in scholarly journals, and lectured throughout the county. His most recent work on money and banking is the two-volume Pieces of Eight: The Monetary Powers and Disabilities of the United States Constitution (2002), the most comprehensive study in existence of American monetary law and history viewed from a constitutional perspective. www.piecesofeight.us

John F. McManus was born in Brooklyn, New York, in 1935. At graduation from Holy Cross College in Worcester, Massachusetts, he received a bachelor's degree in physics and a commission in the United States Marine Corps. After serving three years of active duty, he entered the field of electronics engineering, where he won an award from the U.S. Air Force for designing a component used in fighter aircraft. John McManus is currently President of the John Birch Society.

Walter Reddy :: Committees of Safety

Walter Reddy has been a Constitutional Activist since 1970. Starting in 1970, he succeeded in collecting petitions which called for a Constitutional amendment, giving 18 year olds the right to vote, the 26th Amendment.

In 1994, he collaberated with a group of 10 Constitutional activists that lobbied Hawaii legislators and got them to introduce and pass a 10th Amendment resolution. Within 2 years, more than 22 States followed with simular legislation.

Also in 1994, Walter and other patriots converged on the Philadelphia, PA State Capital and successfully lobbied State legislators to stop the calling for a Constitutional Convention that would seek to replace the U.S. constitution with a U.N."New States Constitution".

In 1996, he produced and hosted two television programs, Oklahoma City bombing - exposing the inside job with Brig.General Ben Partin and Votescam: the stealing of America - a documentary on vote fraud, with pioneer James Collier.

In 2007 Walter met Ron Paul at the New Hampshire Free State Project's Liberty Forum.

On Independence day, July 4 2008, Walter Founded Committees of Safety organization, which is hosting this years Tea Party event.

Pastor Garrett Lear

One year and four months after the "Boston Tea Party", the "Shot heard around the World" was fired at Lexington Green. On the night of April 18th 1775, Samuel Adams and John Hancock while sleeping at Pastor Jonas Clark's house in Lexington, when Paul Revere arrived bringing news the "British were coming" to arrest them. The British were then heading to Concord to retrieve the cannons and gunpowder the Militia had confiscated a few months before from Fort Mary and William (Portsmouth,NH). Pastor Lear was born in Lexington,Mass. One of his ancestors fought in the "Battle of Lexington".

He has stood many times on the Lexington Green and delivered Pastor Jonas Clark's sermon to the Minutemen for April 19, 1775 including April 19, 2007.

He is an official member of The National, Massachusetts and New Hampshire Society Sons Of The American Revolution.

Jenn Coffey

Representative Jenn Coffey lives in Andover, NH with her loving husband Billy of 18 years and her 16 year old son, Jesse.

Mrs. Coffey, a Republican, is serving her first term as a New Hampshire State Representative and is the Minority Whip of the House Transportation Committee. She is a hospital emergency room technician, an EMT (Emergency Medical Technician), and Vice-President of the Andover Rescue Squad. Mrs. Coffey is also one of the founders of the Granite State ID Coalition, and is the Vice-Chair on the Executive Board of Directors for the Ladies of Liberty Alliance (LOLA). She states "The Second Amendment isn't limited to guns; it's about "arms." and in keeping with Resolution 6 she has submitted a bill in the New Hampshire legislature to remove the ban on automatic and double-edged knives for honest citizens. Daniel C. Itse

Dan Itse is in his fifth term as a New Hampshire State Representative. He has been a long term champion conservative causes including pro-life and traditional marriage and contitutional causes including repealing the seventeenth amendment and prohibiting a North American Union.

Last year he gained national notariety for his stance on States rights with HCR6. He appeared on the Glenn Beck show and Fox News championing States rights and was a keynote speaker the the National Committee Meeting of the Constitution Party. This year has introduced a Parental Rights Amendment to the Constitution of New Hampshire and co-sponsored a Marriage Amendment, and he has introduced a three bills championing States rights including the "son of HCR6".

Scott Silver

Scott has been politically active since 1988. He served as Assistant Liaison to the Florida Chairman of the RNC and National Co-Chairman of the RNC, his aunt Jeannie Austin.

He has also been active in Native American affairs since 1985. He served as paralegal and apprenticed under the Miccosukee Seminole Nation Attorney General (Scott's father) Morton H. Silver, from 1985 to 2004.

He holds several authorizations from the Miccosukee Seminole Chief.

He has been helping Walter every day for the last 8 months doing a lot of the content management, and web design for Committees of Safety.

Scott's commitment to Constitutional governance lead him to serve on the Committees of Safety Board of Advisors as well as Florida State Organizer and co-architect of Sovereign State Depository, Inc.

We also have a number of State Legislators that have been leaders in the State Sovereignty/ 10th Amendment Movement joining us this year. We will post their info soon.
